Shelby Mustang GT 350 H

My Shelby Mustang is complete! This particular Mustang is a special edition Hertz version. The hire company, Hertz, wanted to offer it's customers the opportunity to hire and drive high powered cars and they approached Ford, requesting a few of their Shelby Mustangs be built for Hertz to hire. Ford obliged and even gave them the famous black paintwork with gold stripes, reserved only for those cars built especially for the Hertz Hire Company. These have now become real life limited edition collectors cars and I am happy to have one in my model collection, especially as one of my good friends works for Hertz. I hope they like my little tribute to the Shelby Mustang GT 350 Hertz Edition. 

 

Mini Mayfair 1.3

I Finally completed my Mini Mayfair. I had a red mini Mayfair as my first car and although it didn't look exactly like this, if I had the money and the know how, I would of loved to modify my car to look exactly like this. So essentially, this is how I would of liked my first car to have looked. 

Porsche 911 Turbo 1988

My latest completion of the Porsche 911 Turbo 1988 painted in Porsche Graphite Grey. I had a version of this car in my garage in GTA Online, painted in almost the exact same way but I have to say, the real world version looks much better. 

Series III Land Rover - Hampshire Fire & Rescue Truck

This one was built for my Dad's 60th Birthday. I hope he likes it. It was quite an extensive build and I really enjoyed putting it together. He has a fair collection of various Land Rovers and I think this will be right at home amongst them. 

 

Nissan Skyline GTR R34 V-Spec

The Nissan Skyline was one of my Favourite cars ever since I played it in the Playstation Game - Gran Turismo. The more I learnt about it the more I loved it and now it is the second car to add to my model collection. This was really fun to build and I loved using the pearlescent lacquer paints for the body work. Polishing it took time but ended up looking fantastic. I have a few quibbles with it but then, an artist is never fully happy with their work. 

Ferrari F40

My first complete 1:24 scale car build. It has been fun learning how to use the professional lacquer paints and working on the added details like seatbelts etc. I have learnt many lessons during it's construction  and hope to apply these skills to my future models. I have always loved the F40 and I am super proud to have built this one. 

Cars To Make

I have recently purchased a number of car models that I will be soon making. Once I can get the supplies I'll be setting to work on these beauties. Model Cars is something I touched on while I was young but this time, I'm going to make sure they are properly done. Here are the models I have purchased so far.

The Nissan Skyline GTR V-Spec (R34)

One of my Favourite cars of all time, made famous, of course, by the Fast and The Furious series of Movies. I am really Looking forward to building this Iconic Japanese sports Car.

Old Mini Mayfair 1.3i & 25th Anniversary 

This was my first car after I just learnt to drive. Even the same colour. It was such fun to drive, like a little go cart for the road. So many fond memories of this car so why not make a model of it. I have an idea to make some modifications to it. A custom paint job, who knows? Will have to wait and see. 

Ferrari F40

My Favourite Super car! This was the first super car to blast past 200 mph and I think is a beautiful piece of late 80's engineering. I was lucky enough to see 2 of these parked out side a Ferrari Garage in Switzerland one year when I was a kid. Blew my mind. So here we are, another one to add to my collection. 

Porsche 911 Turbo '88

This was Porsche's answer to the Ferrari F40. A sport's car that blew past 200 mph. Not my Favourite car but you can't have the F40 without having it's Rival the 911 Turbo.
